REFUND POLICY

30-Day Money Back Guarantee for Every Reason

westluumb.com offers a 30-day trial period. You may return or exchange your shoes, no questions asked, for 15 days from the date your item is confirmed as delivered by tracking, whichever comes first, or for such period as may be required by applicable law.
CANCELLATIONS

We are unable to offer changes, credits, refunds or cancellations of orders until they have been shipped to you, except in some very special situations. If you would like to know if you are eligible for a refund before your order ships, please contact our support team

Why do we have this policy? Since few customers request changes or cancellations, we have found that it is more important for our customers to receive the products as soon as possible. Therefore, we strive to bring orders to fulfillment within 12-24 hours of order placement. In addition, sourcing and shipping products from multiple suppliers and fulfillment partners is very complex, which may make it impossible for us to change the fulfillment requests we submit.

REFUNDS

Unless otherwise stated on the product listing, refunds are only available for products that have been damaged, broken or deformed due to a manufacturing defect, an error on our part, or during the shipping process.

within 73 hours of delivery confirmation, including submission of pictures showing the defect or damage.

Upon approval and at our discretion, we will issue a refund less shipping and handling charges or send you a replacement item at our expense. We may, at our discretion, require that the defective, damaged or deformed item be returned.

Products that are in new condition may, at our discretion and less shipping and handling charges, be exchanged for store credit, exchanged for another product of equal or lesser value, or refunded.

Some types of merchandise are excluded from credit, exchange or refund and cannot be returned (unless required by law); these include:

Discounted prices (anything below regular retail price) or products that are free shipping only ($0.00 + a shipping fee).Gift cards and downloadable software products;

Perishable goods (such as food, coffee, seeds, flowers, etc.) cannot be returned;

Health, personal care, intimate or sanitary items;

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain situations where no credits, exchanges or refunds will be given or only partial credits, exchange values or refunds will be given (unless required by law); these include:

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error;

Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

You agree to assume sole responsibility for all import duties and related customs fees associated with your order and understand that we do not offer compensation for these fees.
